- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

-  Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

-  Strategize and organize a variety of HR initiatives related to compensation and benefits and staff learning and development

-  Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

-  Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

-  Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Must-Haves

- At least 3 years of experience as an HR manager, HR generalist or similar roles

-  Familiarity with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) laws and local, Malaysia and Hong Kong labour acts

-  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word & Excel programs

-  Excellent coordination and time management skills, ability to meet and exceed project deadlines

-  Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

-  People oriented and results driven

-  Excellent active listening and presentation skills

Nice-to-Haves

-  Business degree specializing in Human Resources

-  1 to 2 years of specialist experience in Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development
