What to expect

We are looking for a qualified account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers and overseeing sales. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term customers’ relationships.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

-  Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

-  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers

-  Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase

-  Report on the planning and status of account and channels

-  Forecast and track sales account and channels targets, aligned with company objectives

-  Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and quarterly forecasts)

-  Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Haves

-  Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

-  Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and management

-  Able to lead a team to success

-  Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude

-  Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

-  Strong verbal and written communication skills

-  Driven and able to work under pressure

 

Nice-to-Haves

At least 2 years of work experience as a Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or similar/relevant role
